The room is 18 square meters, including the patio, two comfortable single beds (for couples both beds can be placed next to each other), a bathroom in a modern design and with all the space you need for your toiletries, large wardrobes where you can store your clothes and other items allowing you to organize your belongings as you like. What’s more, there is a desk so you can study or work with absolute concentration and be very productive. Malvarrosa beach is 500 m away, the supermarket only 50 m, and there is a bakery literally across the street. The tram/subway lines are approx. 400 m away from the house, and the nearest bus line that will take you downtown is only 50 m away. The house is located right by the sea in a residential neighborhood with traditional houses.

It also has its own Wi-Fi router as well as air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
